Intel Leap Ahead












Intel的新LOGO與標語(是連Intel商標都換了哦),換掉已經用了37年的LOGO主要就是要強調Intel已經從以往的PC製造商蛻變成以消費產品為主的廠商。"Leap ahead"將取代"Intel Inside,"成為未來的主要標語。
原因?我覺得路透社問的這個分析師說得不錯
""The reason they are doing this is they need to move away from the PC to being a solution provider. The real growth for the next five years is cell phones, and for the next 10 years is probably consumer electronics, and Intel has done a really poor job of penetrating those areas," Ross said." "Eric Ross, an analyst with ThinkEquity Partners"

總之就是看準市場趨勢趁早改變行銷方向,至於有效與否那就要看消費者買不買帳。不過Intel過去太過成功的品牌印象也有可能會是推新形象的阻礙。
