得意忘形的蘋果？

在Gizmodo看到這篇報導，偏偏好死不死才從老地方冰果室看到Apple推出的新廣告。相形對照之下雖然不是講PC或MAC那個好，但是Apple的律師嘴臉著實令人厭惡。又要賺錢又不做好生產品管(散熱膏過多的問題)，使用者自行解決問題並分享資訊還要被威脅！

Now the forum has recieved a threatening letter from Apple’s legal staff, requesting a link to this image be removed because “The Service Source manual for the MacBook Pro is Apple’s intellectual property and is protected by U.S. copyright law.”

就是這張圖片被蘋果律師要求撤下

一方面歡迎PC使用者投奔"更好的"使用經驗，另一方面不願意解決散熱問題又要讓揭露資訊的使用者閉嘴？這是哪門子對使用者友善的邏輯？按照gizmodo那篇後面的討論有人說大概是因為叫律師發發警告信可能比大量召回維修便宜，而且拆機就會破壞保固，因此除非真的熱到燒掉，不然沒必要拆機弄掉礙事的散熱膏。喔，原來使用者抱著一台昂貴的暖爐並不是Apple所關心的問題。反正以後再改善就好？Apple的組裝品質也只是金玉其外？

對照Apple最近的消息包跨維持iTunes販售每首歌曲99 cents的價錢，和法國政府的DRM爭議，似乎Apple可以藉由盛名享有許多特殊待遇與媒體關注。而從早期Switch到現在Mac Vs. PC的一系列拉攏PC使用者跳船的廣告。吸引對PC不滿意的使用者轉換到MAC這點很不錯，但是請千萬要善待忠實的使用者啊。不管是產品設計有多好，使用經驗有多棒，一次的惡質經驗就會毀掉使用者原先對你這品牌所建立的美好形象，就像以前發生過的Dell國際保固事件一樣。你辛苦經營的形象有可能因為小小的瑕疵而被瞬間摧毀。雖然使用者可以發起連署要求Apple重新處理MacBookPro的散熱問題，但是只要MBP沒有熱到掛點，我想Apple是很難有什麼動作的，所以律師信函也正代表著以美好的電腦使用經驗為主要產品訴求來賺錢的公司在微笑面具背後的真實嘴臉？
